Blue Badge Tourist Guides work as freelancers.

Fees will vary depending on group size and the level of speciality required.

There is an additional charge for other languages.

Blue Badge Tourist Guides are typically engaged for either Half days or Full days:

• Half days are up to 4 hours maximum, which can be either morning (expected to finish by 13.00), afternoon (expected to start from 13.30) or evening tours (after 18.00hrs).
• Full days are up to 8 hours (finishing no later than 18.00).
• Fees for English language speakers typically start from £238.00 for half day and £380.00 for full day
.
• Fees for any other language speakers typically start from £267.00 for half day and £418.00 for full day.

For Walking tours we generally recommend up to 25 people per group.

We can book extra guides for larger groups.

Payment

Public Liability Insurance

All our Blue Badge Tourist Guides are members of a professional organization such as the Association of Professional Tourist Guides or the Guild of Registered Tourist Guides.

Entrance Fees

Any entrance fees are extra to the tour fee.

Our cancellation policy is as follows: 96 hours (4 days) prior to commencement of engagement, full fee. 10 days prior to commencement of engagement, 50% of fee.

Our rates and terms adhere to the guidelines recommended by the Association of Professional Tourist Guides. Acceptance constitutes a contract.
